Week 1 Running Stats

Here are my stats for the first week of running, totaling 6 runs. If I continue running 6 days a week, I need to average 9.6 km a day. So I quite a way off. But hopefully I should start clawing back in the next few weeks.

Beginning Measurements

Here are my beginning measurements the night before the run begins! As I said- I am a big guy!
They are the largest measurements of my chunky body- so, for example, the stomach measurement is at peak of my lovely beer gut. So much beer went into making it. I much prefer a keg than a 6 pack but hey... this is about being healthy!!

I will update these stats each week to show progress as well as reporting on if I lose any weight or feel any healthier!
