Head Cold

Last night was hell. As I went to bed- the head cold that had plagued me all evening decided to kick it up to top gear. What followed was a night lacking of sleep, high fevers and general yuckiness. This morning I feel better but where as last night my cold was a 8.5/10 on the crap factor- this morning I think I am around a 6 or 7.

Now one thing people say about being sick is that you should rest and stay hydrated. However, there are some people who believe in sweating it out.... smashing out a run or a gym session and seeing if you can beat the cold/flu out of yourself. 

So what do you guys believe? If I feel better and say get to a 4-5 out of 10, should I go for a run and see if I can sweat it out? Or should I stay all tucked up on the couch?!?! Let me know what you think
